NBX Tapi Dialer
The NBX TAPI Dialer™ provides the user with the ability to quickly access the NBX Directory via a pop-up menu. This menu appears when the user left-clicks the application icon in the system tray.
Features:
Outgoing Calls
Place calls quickly and easily using the pop-up Directory, Address Book, Clipboard Dial feature, Outgoing Calls List, Incoming Calls List or the Manual Dial feature.
Incoming Call Notification
When this feature is turned on, TAPI Dialer displays an incoming call dialog box allowing you to quickly identify who is calling you.
Address Book
The Address Book keeps track of your local office directory, and allows you to create a personal directory to keep track of all your personal contacts.
Launch NetSet™
Launch the NBX NetSet Administration Utility easily from the TAPI Dialer pop-up menu.
Call Park
Call Park allows you to place a call in a "holding pattern" and make it available for someone else to pick up from any telephone on the system.
Conference
The Conference feature allows you to establish a single call with up to four additional internal or external parties.
Call Transfer
The Transfer feature allows you to send a call from your telephone to any other internal or external line.
Caller ID Memory
TAPI Dialer keeps a record of outgoing and incoming calls.
